my sincere review of BetterHelp…Betterhelp Cnn Money… therapy i simply finished last week and i went for about a month and a half i would say so because of covid um treatment has been moved online and betterhelp has been doing online um treatment for a while and especially throughout covent i think it’s really essential to handle everything in a healthy method um from a professional much like working out your physique working out your psychological health i guess you might say is really crucial um like they say if you were to let’s say get a cut on your finger you have to clean it put a band-aid on it maybe and like much like protect it and heal it and all people have like little cuts or like issues or just things you need to fix in general about yourself so i simply think in therapy in general um need to be normalized um it should not simply be for somebody who has a mental illness everybody just has things they can work
on in life or like how to handle their feelings or maybe improving your relationship with your household or improving your relationship with your good friends and yeah so oh my god there’s no lint in my eye anyways now to talk about what you probably clicked my experience with better assistance therapy so i was a bit doubtful at first since i just kept seeing like suggestions or advertisements on it and then influencers discussing it however i haven’t like checked out the evaluations and um i did have a buddy refer me so um i utilized her recommendation code and considering that she was like had an all right experience i believed why not try it also on youtube there resembled a few like my experience on a better help and it was like a bad not a poor however like a dreadful experience but i just wanted to share the good side that i had with it um so yeah yeah my experience was good by the way so it is a bit expensive but you like america health care is just like trash um it actually shouldn’t be this costly to take care of your health but it is sadly the re another reason i selected betterhelp is because i wasn’t going to go through my insurance since my parents um like would be able to see it and i simply do not want to like tell them so yeah that’s why i went through much better health since i didn’t go through my insurance and it was about so i was gotten approved for financial aid um you can submit a form mentioning like how much you make a.
week or i don’t know how much however um and then if you’re going to school and things like that so i did certify so about for about a month and a half i had one month and two weeks complimentary which totaled to about 255 dollars so that consists of 6 sessions um and you are able six video sessions and you are able to text them or voicemail them whenever you desire which is a substantial pro in my viewpoint since if you’re going to like in-person treatment or just like regular treatment i imply they’re part 3 zoom now you do not truly have access to call them all the time and this one you can contact them every day and it may look like a lot i guess um if you have not researched into other treatments however they’re actually truly costly um other treatment sessions are like a hundred dollars a session for like a single one so generally i simply wished to say that i truly enjoy to much better help and i think that they match you pretty well since you fill out a form in the beginning and they even have a choice of like like your spiritual background and i put spiritual so i was able to get a holistic um therapist and i simply thought that was actually awesome holistic meaning so for holistic um the meaning is it resembles a spiritual side of therapy rather than dealing with private signs a holistic therapist will look for underlying bring on by considering their physical psychological psychological social and spiritual states of health and wellness so i had that and she was simply actually incredible and i connected with her so well because i have actually had a therapist prior to and i went through my college um and with that and even if you do not go through school you would need to search for a therapist that in fact fits you it’s similar to dating sort of i suggest there will be more therapists that you. than dating somebody but anyways that’s like a completely various off tangent but you do need to connect with your therapist so when i did have my previous therapist i did not feel like we connected she was amazing therapist that doesn’t discredit anything however i just do not seem like we connected she um i just could not open up to her completely i simply felt like she was evaluating me despite the fact that she probably wasn’t but i just truly needed to discover someone that was really like that i simply felt so comfy with and open with and you have to feel comfy with this person um i never saw the bad reviews of betterhelp however perhaps it was because they didn’t have a therapist.
