week or i do not understand how much but um and after that if you’re going to school and stuff like that so i did certify so about for about a month and a half i had one month and 2 weeks totally free which totaled to about 255 dollars so that includes six sessions um and you are able 6 video sessions and you have the ability to text them or voicemail them whenever you want which is a huge pro in my viewpoint because if you’re going to like in-person treatment or just like routine therapy i mean they’re part 3 zoom now you don’t truly have access to call them all the time and this one you can call them every day and it might look like a lot i guess um if you have not researched into other treatments but they’re actually truly expensive um other therapy sessions are like a hundred dollars a session for like a single one so basically i just wished to state that i actually like to much better aid and i believe that they match you quite well because you submit a type in the beginning and they even have an alternative of like like your religious background and i put spiritual so i was able to get a holistic um therapist and i simply thought that was actually awesome holistic significance so for holistic um the definition is it resembles a spiritual side of therapy rather than resolving individual symptoms a holistic therapist will try to find underlying trigger by considering their physical mental emotional social and spiritual states of health and well-being so i had that and she was just really remarkable and i connected with her so well due to the fact that i have actually had a therapist prior to and i went through my college um and with that and even if you do not go through school you would have to search for a therapist that really fits you it’s much like dating kind of i indicate there will be more therapists that you. than dating somebody however anyways that’s like an absolutely different off tangent but you do have to get in touch with your therapist so when i did have my previous therapist i did not feel like we linked she was incredible therapist that does not reject anything but i simply don’t seem like we connected she um i simply couldn’t open to her completely i simply felt like she was evaluating me despite the fact that she most likely wasn’t however i just really required to find someone that was really like that i simply felt so comfy with and open with and you need to feel comfy with this individual um i never saw the bad evaluations of betterhelp however perhaps it was due to the fact that they didn’t have a therapist.
