my sincere evaluation of BetterHelp…Is Betterhelp Internaional… treatment i just completed last week and i chose about a month and a half i would say so because of covid um therapy has actually been moved online and betterhelp has been doing online um treatment for a while and especially throughout covent i think it’s really important to manage whatever in a healthy way um from a professional similar to exercising your physical body exercising your mental health i guess you could say is actually important um like they state if you were to let’s say get a cut on your finger you need to clean it put a band-aid on it possibly and like much like protect it and heal it and all people have like small cuts or like concerns or simply things you have to repair in general about yourself so i simply believe in therapy in general um should be stabilized um it shouldn’t just be for somebody who has a mental disorder everybody just has things they can work
